After two weeks of running the Texas highways to see family and friends, the three amigos are now back in St. Kitts. We had a great break back home, constantly on the go from the time we landed in Houston. We spent the first few days at my parent's house. Blaine and I hosted a bridal shower Saturday, Easter Egg dying Sat. eve, crawfish boil on Easter, errands to see family Monday, pedi appt. Tuesday and on the road Tuesday night to Chireno. We spent the last week at our home in College Station. Here is a collage of pictures from our break.
Blaine was such a trooper on both flights home. As soon as we taxi'd to the runway, she was asleep. The round trip totaled 4 flights, and Blaine slept through all of them, thanks to the Airway Gods!

My best friend, Ashley, recently wed in Mexico (this past weekend), so I was able to help host a bridal shower for her while we were home on break. I am extremely sad I was not able to make the trek to Mexico for her wedding (because we were already back in Kitts), but I wish her and Seth the best!

Finally, home in College Station!
From the time we arrived, we were busy! I worked Friday and Saturday at St. Joseph's (it felt so great to be back in scrubs, doing what I love...and just in time for OT month!), which gave Eric great insight to what it is like with an infant all day. Everyone survived! Also on the agenda, Eric's parent's visited/babysat while we went to Anne's surprise crawfish boil, we cooked at our house two nights, Eric spent a morning at the vet clinic where he used to work, we ran errands for supplies needed to fly back with, my parent's and brother, s-i-l and nephew visited and spent the night, etc. whewww..never a dull moment.

We are now back on the Rock for 6th semester. It was great to see the family and friends we were able to meet up with! 7 more months to go!
