Eric has been MIA this week on campus, in the library & barricaded in our room studying. He is working so hard in preparation for his finals next week. While he studies, I have been trying to stay out of his way. I have been filling my time hanging out with other spouses and running last minute errands before we leave the island for two weeks.
Yesterday me and 5 other VIPs headed to Banana Bay beach to relax and enjoy the view of Nevis. The weather was perfect for sunning in the water. Jessie made a nice Caribbean- influenced plantain salad for everyone that was delicious! We had a lot of fun!
Tonight we are heading down to Elvis' to hangout and fish! Island living is so sweet!
